Data Controller
MRO Slot Exchange Limited (CRO 827619), with registered office at Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin, D01 T2C9, Ireland, is the data controller for personal data processed through app.mroslotexchange.com (the "Pilot Platform").

What we collect
When you create a pilot participant account on the Pilot Platform, we collect:
- Your name, email address, organization, title, and optional phone number
- Your role designation (MRO participant or institutional buyer)
- Content you submit on the platform: capacity listings (for MROs), inquiries, and reservations (for buyers)
- Session cookies used to maintain your signed-in state (one strictly necessary cookie; no analytics or advertising cookies)
Why we process it
- Contract performance: operating the Pilot Program as described in the Pilot Program Specification you accepted.
- Legitimate interests: maintaining platform security, preventing abuse, and keeping institutional counterparties identifiable to each other for legitimate commercial communication.
- Consent: any additional communications outside of the pilot (e.g. post-event follow-up) only where you have provided explicit consent.
Where it is stored
All personal data is stored on servers located in Romania (European Union) operated by Host Age S.R.L. No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it
- Account data: for the duration of pilot participation plus 24 months, then deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
- Listings and inquiries: for 24 months after the end of the Pilot Program.
- Session cookies: expire after 12 hours of inactivity.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@mroslotexchange.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Pilot-period transparency
During the pilot period, listings and inquiries you create may be visible to other authenticated pilot participants on the platform (for the purpose of market discovery). Contact details are shown only to the MRO on whose Instrument you inquire, and to the buyer who contacted a given MRO — never between unrelated counterparties.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the platform evolves beyond pilot into operational phase, in which case we will notify pilot participants by email in advance of any material change.
